The Quality Control Department has the responsibility of monitoring quality from raw material procurement to the finished article. Important or critical stages in manufacture are monitored by a highly qualified individual. In all other stages of the process, we have placed other suitably qualified personnel.

The head of the department ensures that the usual smooth functioning of the department is harmonious with the other sections of the company. His position means he must be responsive and act whenever there is a problem with quality, whether it is from the customer or within the factory itself.

The vice-head of the department is responsible for the hardware process, control and testing. His position also involves the collection and analysis of data. He subsequently takes the necessary measures should there be any errors or defects.

In charge of the 'mini-type packing machines' is a specially assigned worker. Their responsibility is to grade an individual worker's performance. In charge of the larger machines, there is an individual with mirror responsibilities. Both of them work to the stipulations of the head of department, filing their results with their analyses.

Description:This machine is used to test home appliances and packing machines. The test voltage can be adjusted between zero and 5kVAC. Alert-active electricity intension is optional, such as 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10, 20mA. Test time is also adjustable, ranging from zero to 99 seconds. The products that can successfully pass through testing have a high safety-coefficient. They will cause no injuries to the eventual user.
